Financial Development Program

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $54,640–$81,960 annual, plus a target performance-based cash incentive equal to 5% of base pay

What you will do

• Complete three one-year rotations across business operations and financial planning, accounting, and internal audit.
• Participate in P&L reporting, variance analysis, and the development of financial reporting.
• Support management reports with narratives, explanations, and financial analysis.
• Perform month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and investigate reconciling items.
• Document business processes through interviews and flowcharts.
• Test internal controls, identify exceptions, and support the preparation of audit results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
• Confidence working to deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and database skills.
• Sedentary work involving primarily sitting or standing; no travel is required.
