What you will do

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, business drivers, and critical financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and use financial models and analytics to support internal decisions and investment prioritization.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare month-end close journal entries, and review account trends.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and specialized finance team activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting principles, internal control requirements, and the relevant business environment.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, adaptability, and business acumen skills.
• Technical proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
