TL;DR
Senior FP&A Analyst (Manufacturing Finance): Preparing and analyzing financial plans, operating forecasts, product costs, headcount movements, and factory performance dashboards with an accent on financial planning, cost analysis, and KPI development. Focus on supporting annual and long-term operating plans, improving financial sustainability, and leading or participating in continuous improvement projects.
Location: Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand

What you will do
- Review expenses to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial plans, operating forecasts, and business trends.
- Prepare and analyze product cost reports and headcount movement reports.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards covering factory financial results.
- Support business leaders with annual operating plans, long-term plans, and financially sustainable business actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on action plans, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc financial tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in multinational companies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP; SAP is acceptable. Microsoft Office proficiency is also required.
- Working English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across global, culturally diverse teams.
- Business-oriented, open-minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to lead or participate in Kaizen projects and take on new challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with a US-listed company.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product costing.
- Experience with Tableau.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
