What you will do
- Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, operating expense planning, and annual operating plan activities for corporate and shared-service functions.
- Partner with budget owners, Finance leadership, HR, and business leaders to develop forecasts and explain financial drivers.
- Manage workforce planning, including headcount, hiring, vacancy, and labor cost forecasts.
- Produce management reporting packages, executive presentations, variance narratives, and recurring financial analyses.
- Maintain and enhance planning models, reports, and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and related financial systems.
- Support FP&A transformation, reporting automation, process redesign, and adoption of new planning tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, financial reporting, or related finance roles.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to business leaders and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting platforms.
- Experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, financial data structures, or reporting automation.
- Experience in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, or other global operating environments.
