What you will do
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop operating and financial models for management decision-making.
- Build KPI frameworks, management dashboards, and Board reporting packages.
- Partner with engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams on business planning.
- Analyze investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and IPO readiness activities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or business finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and investors.
- Experience building financial planning processes and operating models in a high-growth environment.
- Strong intellectual curiosity about AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure.
