Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, Monday–Friday; based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to the United States.

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 base salary, plus performance bonus and equity.

hirify.global is an AI-native commercial insurance company rebuilding insurance operations as software and delivering coverage, pricing, and service end to end.

What you will do

• Own a business module end to end across customer experience, operator workflows, and AI agents.
• Set and improve KPIs such as conversion, handle time, accuracy, autonomous-resolution rate, and retention.
• Translate customer and operator nuance into rules, prompts, agents, data structures, and workflows.
• Design evaluation regimes with regression testing, outcome-based evaluations, historical backtesting, and call-by-call review.
• Build golden datasets with data labeling and validation teams, and define what correct performance means.
• Work directly with sales, service, underwriting, operators, and customers; prototype with Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of product experience, or equivalent experience as an early-career operator, engineer, or AI researcher.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product or system, including KPIs, roadmap, and execution.
• Ability to encode deep domain knowledge into probabilistic systems used by real operators and customers.
• Strong focus on evaluations, measurable KPIs, AI trade-offs, agents, LLMs, context engineering, and data pipelines.
• Ability to build prototypes with Cursor, Claude Code, or Lovable and collaborate technically with engineers.
• Must work on-site in San Francisco, Monday–Friday, with expected working hours roughly from 5 AM to 8 PM.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML products, voice AI, agent frameworks, or workflow automation.
• Experience with evaluation, prompt, or context engineering.
• Insurance, fintech, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Prior startup experience.
