CNC Machinist (Aerospace Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, manual machines, and 5-axis machining systems.
• Produce precision aerospace components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Set up tooling, adjust offsets, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Inspect machined parts with hand tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines.
• Complete preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop floor.
• Document production and quality activities and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of CNC machining setup experience, including manual mills, lathes, and 5-axis systems.
• Experience with Fanuc, Brother, Haas, OSP, or Siemens machine controllers.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, basic G-Code, and feed/speed adjustments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment and work day or night shifts, including long hours when required.
• High school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment may require authorization to access technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without export-license sponsorship.
