What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead engineering, DevOps, and IT teams, including recruiting, mentoring, organizational design, and career development.
- Oversee highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud-native architectures supporting high-volume financial transactions.
- Ensure technology systems meet PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and other financial-industry security and compliance requirements.
- Improve delivery through agile methodologies, CI/CD, cross-functional prioritization, and vendor management.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and execute the company’s AI transformation across engineering and technology.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles such as VP of Engineering, CTO, or Senior Director.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple geographic regions and time zones.
- Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks, microservices architecture, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Nice to have
- Expertise in fintech, payments processing, banking APIs, ledger systems, or lending platforms.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and passing SOC 2 or PCI-DSS audits.
- Ability to attract and retain engineering talent and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
