What you will do

• Lead the enterprise-wide Engineering function, defining its vision, operating model, and AI-first product development strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering leaders across multiple solution groups.
• Shape technical strategy with Product, Architecture, and Platform leaders for reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, metrics, OKRs, and operational practices that improve software delivery and lifecycle management.
• Drive innovation through modern engineering practices, emerging AI capabilities, and startup-like operating models.
• Partner with executive leadership to align engineering investments with strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 10+ years of progressive people leadership, including senior technical leaders across multiple teams or departments.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and building AI-first platforms.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud-native architectures, and modern engineering practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
