Senior Business Architect (P&C Insurance)

What you will do

• Develop business architecture strategies based on customer business scenarios, motivations, value drivers, and expected outcomes.
• Align strategic goals, operating models, capabilities, products, services, and business and IT initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions and negotiations with business, IT, partners, and senior customer stakeholders to drive effective decisions.
• Assess current capabilities and strategies, define future-state views, and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
• Consult with P&C insurance business and technical resources to create business requirements and process documentation.
• Partner with hirify.global Customer Success and Sales to propose and deliver value from the hirify.global Cloud Platform throughout customer programs.

Requirements

• Native or equivalent Japanese language skills are required for communication with local stakeholders, including customer C-level executives.
• English communication skills sufficient for collaboration with global hirify.global colleagues and leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the local P&C insurance industry, regulations, and market trends, especially policy, claims, underwriting, and customer-facing operations.
• 8–10 years of experience in business leadership and operational roles.
• Experience with software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with package customization or configuration, agile methodologies, object-oriented design principles, databases, change management, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.
