Solutions Senior Manager, VAS (SaaS/Payments)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid position with at least 3 days in the office, with exact office-day expectations confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Lead client consultations to design, tailor, and refine hirify.global Value-Added Services solutions.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop solution offerings, integration approaches, migration plans, and technical architecture materials.
• Manage communication, expectations, risks, and relationships with senior stakeholders across hirify.global and client organizations.
• Design and deliver training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with global hirify.global teams and serve as the trusted technical contact for the Japan market.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English.
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management, systems integration, sales engineering, presales, and/or business development.
• Experience with system specifications, system architecture, SaaS solutions, operating systems, commercial software, and general programming concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to work with complex IT environments and influence globally distributed internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment processing infrastructure and acceptance-related technologies, including merchant storefronts, shopping carts, and fraud prevention.
• Certification or equivalent experience in IT project management.
