Principal Implementation Consultant - Construction / Construction Technologist

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid work with travel to customer sites and office attendance when required

What you will do

• Implement construction solutions covering document management, data management, field workflows, and handover.
• Analyze, improve, and implement customer processes and workflows.
• Lead consulting engagements, define use cases, configure solutions, and document delivered value.
• Define approaches for migrating customer data and standards into hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, account teams, and internal product groups to resolve technical issues and improve solutions.
• Mentor customers and partners, support adoption, and contribute to estimation and engagement scoping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of hands-on construction industry experience delivering digital solutions across an enterprise.
• Experience with preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, handover, and work packaging.
• Experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and presenting to teams and customers.
• Capabilities in strategy, innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and communication.
• Ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams and explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Expertise with hirify.global Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or InfraWorks.
• Knowledge of competing construction industry solutions.
• Experience developing workflows across architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Experience developing digital delivery solution portfolios and driving enterprise-level change.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650.
