Senior Specialist, Parts Sourcing (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office. Domestic travel is required, with occasional international travel possible, approximately 10–20% of the time. A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Identify and source tiered suppliers for aftersales service parts in partnership with Purchasing.
• Develop service-level agreements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier KPIs to ensure accurate and timely delivery of service parts.
• Ensure parts material compliance with hirify.global product standards and establish processes to record supplier conformity.
• Address past-due deliveries, over-shipments, and other procurement-plan deviations with suppliers.
• Coordinate body-parts availability and distribution with logistics and procurement, securing supply for service needs up to 15 years after production ends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of professional aftersales experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Experience or strong knowledge of ERP, product lifecycle management, EDI communication, bills of material, supply chain operations, and supplier releasing.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and product compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in AI implementation and management, with effective communication across a global supply base.
