Staff Test Development Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and implement advanced strategies for complex module-level testing.
• Lead test development engineers through technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test processes and product quality.
• Analyze test results and debug test programs using data-driven insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to test engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in test development engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of test development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Expertise in Java and C++, with the ability to code in C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and data analysis for debugging and process-correlation analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
