What you will do

• Manage the qualification and continuous improvement of final test hardware components.
• Maintain OEE standards and manage spare parts inventory to prevent production downtime.
• Lead hardware cost reduction initiatives and participate in NPI design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and ensure testability.
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware-related test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Drive final test automation projects and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur or able to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, perform stack-up analysis, and understand technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in final test semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
