What you will do

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of startup selection, incubation, and acceleration initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate high-potential startups, maintain strong relationships with founders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, mentors, and investors to drive innovation programs.
• Facilitate implementation of PoCs and innovation projects, overseeing project lifecycles.
• Conduct market and technology research on digital innovation, deep tech, and cleantech.
• Organize events such as bootcamps, hackathons, demo days, and networking sessions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or related fields.
• Minimum three years of project management experience, preferably in digital innovation or startup environments.
