TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and manage program timelines, dependencies, and prioritization across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Drive team velocity within an agile governance framework in partnership with product owners.
  • Anticipate risks and manage the solution lifecycle from development through pilot and national rollout.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and sequence priorities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the enterprise technology ecosystem, including middleware and hardware integrations.
  • Present executive-level program status updates to internal leadership and franchise stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong foundation in data systems, integration architecture, and cross-platform data flow.
  • Technical depth in software development or hardware-software integration to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.
  • Experience with Android application development, device certification, and managed device deployment.
  • Background in high-velocity operational environments such as quick service restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to lead steering committees and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
