What you will do

  • Develop narratives, presentations, and partnership recommendations in response to inbound briefs and RFPs.
  • Build partnership concepts spanning live experiences, branded content, social, experiential, and integrated media.
  • Create and maintain client-facing assets including pitch decks, case studies, and proposal templates.
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Creative, Production, Music, Insights, and Finance to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop audience narratives and category positioning to support the sales process.
  • Incorporate campaign performance data and category trends into proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales marketing, integrated marketing, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven experience supporting RFP responses, pitch development, or client-facing marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or a related field.
  • Strong storytelling ability with experience building polished client-facing documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while collaborating across teams.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work model.
