What you will do

  • Manage the global campaign calendar and coordinate end-to-end execution across content, design, and demand generation teams.
  • Lead a global events program, including industry events and hosted dinners, from venue coordination to pre- and post-event campaigns.
  • Own global paid media coordination, managing media calendars, sponsorships, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional sales leads to ensure alignment on upcoming activities and market needs.
  • Track campaign contribution to pipeline and conduct post-activity feedback sessions to gather insights for future planning.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on field marketing and campaign management expertise.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns from planning through to post-analysis.
  • Experience managing paid media buys and collaborating with external vendors and media partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience working in distributed global teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HR, talent, or workforce planning buyers.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
