B2B Email Marketing Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with office attendance 3 days per week

Salary: $96,000–$144,000 annual salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Create an email calendar and execute programs across audience segments and sales funnel stages.
• Build campaigns for events, product launches, content marketing, and marketing nurture.
• Develop segmentation strategies based on funnel stage, persona, account type, and campaign goals.
• Manage email database hygiene and scalable audience targeting.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, sales enablement, sales leaders, and BDRs to launch campaigns.
• Analyze and report email impact on engagement, pipeline progression, and demand generation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant B2B email marketing experience.
• Experience with full-funnel email strategy and execution, including nurture, promotional, event, product, and content campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of email database management, audience segmentation, and sales funnel stages.
• Strong writing, editing, project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot and Salesforce; basic HTML experience is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools for content development, research, synthesis, or workflow efficiency.
