Manager, Network Contracting (Georgia)

Location: Remote, based in the field; candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina. The role includes frequent local travel for client meetings and occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $100,602–$132,040 per year, plus employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Implement provider network contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy, development, and cost management objectives.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with hospitals, health systems, and provider groups.
• Review provider contracts and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Use provider financial and competitor data to support contracting and negotiation decisions.
• Manage team performance against provider outreach and contract completion metrics.
• Collaborate with provider services and market leadership to educate providers, resolve issues, and remediate network deficiencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare network contracting, provider relations, or network management.
• Experience executing contracts with health systems, hospitals, or national providers.
• 4+ years of experience managing provider network strategies and negotiating complex contracts.
• 3+ years of experience in health insurance, individual or ACA Marketplace insurance, or the broader healthcare industry.
• Must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
