Systems Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical aspects of enterprise customer sales cycles from RFIs through RFPs and RFQs.
• Manage and participate in proofs of concept with internal teams, customers, and commercial partners.
• Analyze customer requirements and design security solutions that outperform competing offerings.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with sales.
• Present hirify.global solutions through whiteboarding, technical papers, technical plans, and customer discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect technical information in Salesforce while managing multiple deals.

Requirements

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering role managing the end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
• Strong knowledge of security technology, including encryption and authentication.
• Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, antivirus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and contribution to successful customer wins.
• Ability to build customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of one or more solutions such as SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, firewalls, switching and wireless, SecOps, or cloud security.
