Focus on supporting production environments, handling incidents and changes, and maintaining secure network infrastructure in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

What you will do

Implement and manage traditional firewall security rules.
Develop and maintain network micro-segmentation technologies.
Work with Palo Alto, Fortinet, NSX-T, and VCF9 network environments.
Manage production requests, incidents, changes, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with the team in a demanding and fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements

3–6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working with network segmentation and firewall technologies.
Confirmed experience coding and implementing firewall security rules with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
Experience in an IT production environment, including request, incident, and change management.
Fluency in English and either Portuguese or French is required.
Good communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn and develop.
