Senior Revenue Operations Manager

What you will do

• Own and improve go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, funnel performance, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Support territory planning, account ownership, capacity planning, and recurring business reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, standardise ways of working, and build performance metrics and reporting.
• Own and optimise the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Partner with commercial and executive leaders to deliver analysis, recommendations, forecasts, and board-level insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organisations.
• Strong Salesforce experience and a deep understanding of commercial processes.
• Experience building and scaling revenue processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and modern GTM technology platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimisation.
• Experience with SQL, BI platforms, or advanced spreadsheet modelling.
• Experience supporting forecasting, territory planning, executive reporting, and adoption of new processes.
