Senior Revenue Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own and improve go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, funnel performance, and revenue forecasts.
• Support territory planning, account ownership, capacity planning, and recurring business reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes, metrics, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, integrations, workflows, automation, and supporting platforms.
• Partner with commercial, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organizations and scaling revenue processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure.
• Strong Salesforce experience and a deep understanding of commercial processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional project management skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and modern GTM technology platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization.
• Experience with SQL, BI platforms, or advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience supporting forecasting, territory planning, and executive reporting.
