What you will do

• Build analytical and financial models measuring the business impact of AI capabilities across hirify.global’s platform and industry groups.
• Forecast AI adoption, usage, revenue influence, inference costs, margins, and long-term investment needs.
• Develop business cases and decision-ready analysis for investment, prioritization, monetization, pricing, and packaging.
• Model cloud, GPU, and inference economics, including utilization, scaling, cost efficiency, COGS, cost-to-serve, and margin implications.
• Translate product telemetry into insights and build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tools for Product, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Create executive- and Board-ready presentations communicating strategic recommendations, tradeoffs, and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, strategic finance, business operations, product strategy, product analytics, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building models covering adoption, usage, revenue, COGS, margin, and ROI.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; Excel required, with SQL or Python familiarity preferred.
• Experience with cloud, GPU, and inference cost structures, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in AI infrastructure economics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, communicate complex analysis clearly, and work across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Degree in Data Science or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, depending on educational background.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, model serving, usage-based monetization, GPU economics, cloud economics, or compute cost optimization.
• Experience with SaaS economics, subscription analytics, pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy.
• Experience with AI agents and API-driven business models.
