GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $135,000–$160,000 annually for US-based employees, plus eligibility for bonus or commission and equity.

What you will do

• Support the AI-native go-to-market roadmap by evaluating platforms and making build-vs-buy-vs-integrate recommendations.
• Build AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and agentic systems for account research, call and transcript analysis, personalized outreach, and internal tools.
• Design and maintain automation for data enrichment, prioritization, sequencing, pipeline generation, and conversion.
• Integrate Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, Claude, and other GTM systems.
• Engineer validation, deduplication, enrichment, and data governance pipelines that improve trust in revenue data.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership, measure experiments, and document workflows, integrations, and logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical business systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related applied technical role.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks.
• CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce, including admin or developer-level configuration.
• Understanding of ICP definition, lead scoring, pipeline and funnel metrics, attribution, and sales processes.
• Experience with Clay, Workato, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation tools, plus a portfolio of shipped workflows or integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or other data warehouse and BI tools.
• Experience deploying LLM-powered or agentic workflows for GTM use cases.
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Developer certification.
• Background in cybersecurity, security ratings, or third-party risk management.
