GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $130K–$180K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated workflows across the go-to-market technology stack.
• Own integrations between Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, DealHub, and other revenue tools.
• Develop API connections, webhooks, data synchronization, and automated processes.
• Administer Salesforce, including objects, flows, workflow rules, reports, permissions, data hygiene, and validation.
• Implement and iterate on LLM-assisted workflows such as call summaries, enrichment pipelines, and follow-up drafts.
• Maintain revenue data accuracy, alerting, attribution reporting, and pipeline analytics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical RevOps or sales systems, with ownership of Salesforce administration, workflow automation, or GTM integrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce flows, reports, custom objects, and core administration.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM integrations.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality instincts.
• Background in B2B SaaS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, or DealHub.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Omni or Looker.
• Experience in fintech or wealth management.
