GTM Engineer (Salesforce/AI): Building scalable systems, automations, integrations, and AI-powered workflows for go-to-market teams with an accent on Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, APIs, and data modeling. Focus on designing reliable agents and scoring layers, connecting business systems, and solving complex automation, data quality, and workflow challenges.
Location: Remote (Austin, TX)
Salary: $170,000–$180,000 estimated total compensation annually, including base plus bonus

What you will do
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Design scalable automations and integrations across Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
- Build enrichment, signal-detection, buyer-trigger analytics, opportunity scoring, routing, propensity modeling, and lead and account scoring solutions.
- Support AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge.
- Test, monitor, troubleshoot, document, release, and measure the adoption, efficiency, data quality, and business impact of solutions.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
- Development experience with object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
- Experience configuring Salesforce Agentforce and building automations and integrations with Workato and Zapier.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, middleware, JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Slack, or related certifications.
- Claude Code, AI-assisted development, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
- Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, Postman, Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
- Experience with signal-based selling, buyer-intent data, enrichment, opportunity scoring, or propensity modeling.
