Studio Services Coordinator (Working Student) (Studio Operations): Supporting day-to-day office services, guest reception, meeting rooms, security passes, agency administration, and studio equipment checks with an accent on reliable service delivery and attention to detail. Focus on coordinating office requests, supporting IT onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-organized studio environment.
Location: EU working rights are required, either through EU citizenship or a study programme in Germany. Hours to be determined.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day support to teams across the office.
- Welcome guests and new employees and maintain professional front-of-house service.
- Manage meeting room requests and conflicts.
- Issue and cancel security passes.
- Provide administrative support, including labels, gifts, binding, laminating, taxis, and couriers.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding, facility checks, maintenance tasks, and daily studio checklists.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Good numerical skills.
- EU working rights through EU citizenship or a study programme in Germany.
