Location: Gdańsk, Poland; hybrid work between the office and remote.
Salary: 7,400–8,400 PLN monthly starting base salary.

What you will do
- Manage the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
- Enter and verify order data to support accurate deliveries and invoices.
- Communicate with customers about order status, confirmations, and shipment details.
- Register and resolve transportation complaints.
- Coordinate shipments with the logistics department and monitor order processing.
- Identify discrepancies or delays and support process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
