Senior Corporate PR Manager (AI)

Salary: USD 160,000–195,000 annual base salary; bonus and equity may be available.

What you will do

• Own executive communications strategy, editorial calendars, and external messaging for the CEO, CTO, CIO, and CMO.
• Develop executive thought leadership programs and narrative architecture around AI-powered service operations and the mid-market Employee Experience category.
• Drive earned media, opinion bylines, analyst briefings, podcasts, keynotes, and executive social content across LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Translate platform capabilities, launches, competitive differentiation, and customer proof points into unified executive narratives for marketing and go-to-market channels.
• Build relationships with influencers, community leaders, analysts, and industry voices to expand executive reach and share of voice.
• Implement AI-assisted content workflows and measure communications impact through media coverage, analyst sentiment, social growth, brand awareness, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in executive communications, PR, or corporate communications, primarily in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Deep knowledge of IT service management, Employee Experience, or HR technology, including buyer, influencer, and analyst ecosystems.
• Proven success building C-suite thought leadership programs and leading communications through category creation or company repositioning.
• Exceptional writing, editing, narrative architecture, and editorial calendar management skills.
• Experience partnering with analyst relations teams and developing executive briefing narratives.
• Active use of AI tools for research, drafting, testing, workflow automation, and performance-driven content iteration, with strong executive presence and discretion.
