Senior Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for industrial customer engagements.
• Define enterprise and solution architectures, integration and data models, ingestion pipelines, and user-facing solutions.
• Manage integrations, data modeling, and related implementation work using hirify.global connectors and extractors, SQL, Python or Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to customers and customer-facing project teams.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and IT and Business Data Managers to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to convert customer needs into prioritized product offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Hands-on Python skills and strong software development best practices.
• Technical background with the ability to contribute code on advanced topics when needed.
• Strong organization, communication, ownership, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate, lead, coach, and work directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, pharma, or life sciences.
