IT Support Technician (Clean Energy)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line support for employee devices and SaaS platforms.
• Procure and provision equipment and accounts for new hires, and manage user onboarding and offboarding.
• Support office systems including video conferencing, room booking, access control, and media systems.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and monitor IT service, endpoint management, and security tool performance.
• Document platforms and processes, maintain equipment inventory, and improve storage organization.
• Use AI tools and scripting to automate repetitive tasks, streamline documentation, improve security, and optimize IT processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced organization.
• Experience supporting and managing macOS and Windows devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, MDM solutions, and the Atlassian suite.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, including DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience with Okta administration, Azure AD, Kandji, and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
