Assistant Superintendent (Construction)

What you will do

• Inspect homes daily for workmanship quality, plan and specification compliance, and progress against the production schedule.
• Schedule and attend inspections, homeowner orientations, walk-throughs, and closing sign-offs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and evaluate their performance in quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control.
• Support construction scheduling and ensure homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, material protection, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and homeowners and provide customer service throughout construction.

Requirements

• Ability to develop knowledge of building codes, construction materials, methodologies, terminology, and scheduling.
• Ability to work overtime and additional hours as needed to meet business requirements.
• Ability to maintain schedules, policies, and guidelines in the Superintendent's absence.
• Professional and ethical approach to customer service and business operations.
