Warranty Coordinator (Residential Construction)

What you will do

• Process, track, and manage homeowner warranty claims through hirify.global’s proprietary technology platform.
• Act as the primary contact for homeowners regarding warranty coverage, questions, and claim status.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with subcontractors, trade partners, and internal construction teams.
• Explain warranty coverage, limitations, and homeowner maintenance responsibilities.
• Review warranty issues for trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve processes and construction quality.

Requirements

• Must be located in Houston, TX.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General understanding of residential construction methods, systems, and materials.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to diagnose construction-related issues, coordinate remediation, and manage multiple active claims.
• Comfort using technology platforms and learning new systems.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of experience in residential construction, warranty administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience working with subcontractors and service scheduling.
• Construction-related training or certifications.
