EV Service Advisor, Ever Orange County (EV)

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $65,000–$110,000 OTE, including base salary and potential performance bonus

hirify.global is building an AI-native auto retail platform focused on electric vehicles, serving buyers and sellers across the United States through online and offline operations.

What you will do

• Own reconditioning decisions for hirify.global’s electric vehicle inventory, including repair scope, priority, and budget.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, quality assurance, and ready-to-sell activities across technicians, shops, dealers, and mobile vendors.
• Source and manage external service partners while optimizing cost, speed, quality, labor rates, and parts pricing.
• Approve estimates, negotiate pricing, control reconditioning spend, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve technical issues, unblock stalled vehicles, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and merchandising standards.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to Product and Operations teams on tooling and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–6+ years of experience in service advising, reconditioning operations, or fleet maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, acceptable driving record.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, cost drivers, inspection reports, estimates, and labor operations.
• Experience managing vendors, repair shops, or dealer service departments.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle systems and common failure modes.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate or move vehicles safely, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
