Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per year

What you will do

  • Grow and deepen relationships with healthcare clients, architects, and partners across New England and the Northeast.
  • Lead targeted pursuits and develop well-positioned proposals in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
  • Represent the firm in healthcare-focused industry organizations, professional associations, and regional/national conferences.
  • Serve as a senior technical advisor on select healthcare projects and provide QA/QC leadership.
  • Mentor project teams and contribute to regional client strategy, resource planning, and account planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in healthcare project delivery and client development.
  • Established network of healthcare clients, architects, and partners in the Northeast.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for leading client discussions and pursuits.
