IT Sales Intern (JS, HTML | 6-months | Hybrid in Milan or Bologna)

Location: Hybrid in Milan or Bologna, Italy, with frequent work from home and regular office presence.

Compensation: €800 net per month, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Support existing clients with technical follow-up and rollout planning.
• Join client calls under the supervision of a Technical Sales Specialist.
• Perform deployment checks and troubleshoot JavaScript and HTML issues.
• Support the rollout of new features for existing clients.
• Help plan and prioritize client issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Sales, and Customer Success to maintain a consistent client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Availability for 40 hours per week for six months.
• Comfort supporting clients on calls with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical support, sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and deployment or integration environments.
• Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
