Junior Growth Sales Representative (AI)

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound prospects and understand their goals.
• Explain hirify.global's cloud products and map customer needs to suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotes, cost comparisons, usage estimates, and ramp-up plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, inboxes, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Filter and route requests to Solution Architects or Strategic Sales when opportunities become technical or complex.

Requirements

• Solution-focused, problem-solving mindset with the ability to listen and qualify customer needs.
• Working understanding of servers, cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, and AI workloads.
• Ability to create and check straightforward cost estimates and comparisons.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English is required.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and interest in GPUs, CUDA, PyTorch, or vLLM.
• Willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to sales, customer-facing, or support work through internships, part-time roles, or study projects.
• Hands-on experience with servers, home labs, cloud platforms, or self-hosted software.
• Ability to recreate customer deployments, such as an open-weight LLM served with vLLM on Docker and a web UI chat interface.
• Additional language skills.
