Maintenance Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Analyse maintenance and failure data, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, to develop and adjust preventive, predictive, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance strategies.
• Identify and implement performance improvements for HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, and sprinkler utility systems.
• Maintain critical spare-parts lists and support reliability improvements for industrial installations.
• Support Root Cause Analyses after breakdowns and own Management of Change processes for modifications and renewals.
• Contribute to maintenance-services tenders and supplier selection while documenting technical standards and work instructions.
• Collaborate with operational teams on continuous improvement and maintenance-process quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 4 years of maintenance engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems and practical experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologies.
• Fluent Dutch is required for communication on the production floor.
• Good English is required for reporting and collaboration with international colleagues.
• Analytical, proactive, results-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative approach; familiarity with SAP PM is beneficial.
