EPI/CMP SmartStart Install Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Provide sustaining support for deployed test fixtures to minimize downtime and customer impact.
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and follow-up on out-of-tolerance issues.
• Coordinate deployment of new test fixtures with test engineers and business-unit customers.
• Drive fixture design, manufacturing engineering deliverables, cost estimation, scheduling, and design-for-excellence improvements.
• Develop statements of work, align stakeholders on specifications and project requirements, and coordinate sourcing activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis, corrective actions, failure analysis, process FMECA, documentation, and mentoring of less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices and how the function integrates with other areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems, analyze multiple information sources, and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, external suppliers, or outsourcing activities.
• Ability to explain difficult information, build consensus, and support colleagues with less experience.
