What you will do
- Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and priorities for a major Energy-sector debt transformation programme.
- Improve existing digital products and develop new customer-facing capabilities that reduce uncollected debt and help customers avoid falling into debt.
- Lead product discovery, identify customer problems, and use customer, operational, and commercial data to guide decisions.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer stakeholders.
- Measure product performance through KPIs and continuously optimise products through feedback and data insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in Agile environments.
- Strong experience managing complex backlogs and defining product roadmaps.
- Experience using large volumes of customer and operational data to inform product decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Customer-centric, commercially aware, and comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional delivery teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in Debt Management, Collections, and Recoveries.
- Experience in Energy and Utilities, especially customer debt, billing, or payment journeys.
- Background in Financial Services, FinTech, Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, or Credit and Collections.
- Experience delivering digital products that improve financial outcomes or reduce operational debt.
