Digital Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bristol, UK; hybrid working between home and the Bristol office

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and measurable outcomes for the product area.
• Lead the digitisation and automation of client journeys and operational processes.
• Identify, validate and prioritise opportunities using client feedback, operational data, market insight and commercial analysis.
• Build prototypes and experiments with digital and AI-assisted tools before committing engineering investment.
• Work with engineering, design and operations teams to improve client experience, operational efficiency and business value.
• Ensure products comply with relevant financial services regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience, ideally in financial services, fintech or another regulated sector.
• Experience owning measurable outcomes and making prioritisation decisions based on evidence, value, trade-offs and technical feasibility.
• Strong product discovery, experimentation and digital product delivery experience.
• Ability to build prototypes and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of UX principles, design thinking, APIs, platform capabilities and technical constraints.
