hirify.global is a fast-growing Legal AI company developing an AI-powered platform for legal, compliance, procurement, finance, and business operations teams.

What you will do

Own the product roadmap, priorities, and end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing usage.
Define scalable AI-powered workflows for legal, compliance, procurement, finance, and broader enterprise teams.
Lead kickoff and playback sessions, aligning scope and execution with stakeholders and project teams.
Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, legal experts, and other cross-functional partners to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Create, validate, review, and approve prototypes, Figma flows, product specifications, and configuration before development.
Sign off on functionality, UX, product quality, release collateral, customer documentation, and platform consistency.

Requirements

Degree in a technical or analytical discipline, with a 2:1 or above in the UK or GPA 3.8+ in the US.
3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a related strategic or analytical role.
Experience managing the product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation to launch and ongoing usage and retention.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools, plus the ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists.

Nice to have

Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
Interest in innovation across legal, compliance, and business workflows.
