Product Manager (PropTech)

Location: Remote from Portugal

What you will do

• Own the full product line life cycle from strategy through delivery.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with the broader platform product strategy.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the business, addressing pain points and roadmap changes.
• Drive innovation by measuring outcomes, monitoring real estate and technology developments, and evaluating new opportunities.
• Work with design and engineering to maintain a prioritized backlog and a steady flow of well-defined work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with or strong interest in internal-facing products that improve team efficiency and customer experience.
• Ability to navigate complex business logic and multiple stakeholder requirements.
• Analytical decision-making skills; basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience defining, scoping, and delivering complex projects.
• Clear and effective English communication with senior stakeholders and engineering and design teams.

• Experience in a technology-driven company.
