Principal (Cloud Program Delivery)

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of cloud transformation programs across customer accounts in the Australia-Japan market.
• Own implementation roadmaps, resource models, estimates, milestones, and delivery governance from pre-sales through customer success.
• Design and coordinate global delivery structures across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, including knowledge transfer, communication, escalation, and quality processes.
• Manage delivery risks, performance testing, cutovers, handovers, and alignment with customer business objectives.
• Structure fixed-price and outcome-based engagements, controlling scope, change management, budgets, forecasts, margins, and profitability.
• Advise customer stakeholders and SI partners while collaborating with Sales, Product, Cloud Ops, Support, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or transformation within a Global System Integrator or SaaS product company.
• Customer-facing delivery leadership experience with accountability for program outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale cloud or SaaS implementations through global, distributed delivery models.
• Experience with fixed-price and outcome-based engagements, including scope definition, change control, estimates, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations, regulations, and market dynamics in Australia and/or Japan, including APRA or FSA requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, sales, risk management, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Power BI.

• 15+ years of experience delivering complex projects.
• hirify.global Cloud Platform, AWS, or other cloud platform experience and certifications.
• PgMP, PMP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Tier 1 GSIs, SI partners, Australian or Japanese insurers, and multi-region Asia-Pacific programs.
• Experience with fixed-price proposals, Statements of Work, outcome-based pricing, customer success, or SaaS vendor delivery.
