Finance ERP Lead (ERP)

What you will do

• Serve as the ERP/SIS subject matter expert for Scholarion, covering student administration, recruitment and admissions, finance, HR, and payroll modules.
• Own school onboarding engagements from contract handover through configuration, training, UAT support, and go-live.
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions, define organisational structures and data requirements, and translate school needs into configuration, roadmap, or school-specific enhancement categories.
• Coordinate UAT cycles, triage issues, manage change requests, track milestones, and escalate risks to deployment readiness and go-live dates.
• Design Scholarion’s customer success operating model, including success planning, health scoring, adoption tracking, executive reviews, and post-go-live handover.
• Build trusted relationships with school leaders, business managers, IT leads, product, delivery, sales, and Microsoft Alliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer success, implementation consulting, or onboarding delivery within higher education or K–12 SIS/ERP SaaS environments.
• Strong cross-module ERP knowledge spanning student or SIS administration, finance, HR, or payroll.
• Direct experience with CRM-based recruitment, admissions, or enrolment solutions.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops, capturing business requirements, producing functional documentation, and managing gap analysis and change requests.
• Experience running success planning, executive business reviews, and value-realisation discussions with senior institutional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, autonomy, and the ability to build structure in a developing function.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with Australian K–12 school structures and the education SaaS landscape.
• Experience building a customer success function at an early stage.
• Experience managing retention, expansion, or net revenue retention outcomes.
