Account Delivery Lead (Insurance)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with key insurance customers and stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of insurance software services and transformation programmes.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Pre-Sales teams to address customer needs.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and service reviews while supporting account planning, forecasting, and commercial discussions.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, service delivery, programme delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, financial services, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance software platforms or technology solutions.
• Exposure to the London Market or the wider insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or ITIL project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting transformational change or cloud-based technology initiatives.
