Account Delivery Lead (Insurance)

What you will do

• Lead delivery of complex insurance software services and programmes for key customer accounts.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and act as the primary delivery contact and trusted advisor.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, long-term account success, and measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee service performance, governance, risk management, and contractual commitments.
• Own account financial performance, including forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams on upsell, cross-sell, continuous improvement, and service innovation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in account management, service delivery, client leadership, or managed services.
• Deep knowledge of insurance, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, or wealth management solutions.
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and complex technology services.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including P&L responsibility.
• Expertise in service delivery governance, risk management, and contractual performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DXC Insurance Software solutions or comparable insurance platforms.
• London Market insurance experience.
• ITIL, PMP, SAFe Agile, or similar professional certification.
• Experience in consulting, technology services, or managed services organizations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation programmes.
