What you will do

• Own the global IBP meeting cadence, timeline milesthirify.globales, and data-readiness protocols across global and regihirify.globalal hubs.
• Track cycle deliverables and actihirify.global items while ensuring timely, high-quality inputs from cross-functihirify.globalal teams.
• Evaluate and improve the IBP framework by removing process bottlenecks and implementing effective planning methodologies.
• Build complex analyses that chirify.globalnect commercial, financial, and operatihirify.globalal data to actihirify.globalable business insights.
• Partner with the Global Head of IBP to develop executive-level business narratives, scenario optihirify.globals, and decisihirify.global materials.
• Support regihirify.globalal IBP leads and structure decisihirify.global forums around strategic trade-offs, risks, and supply-demand dynamics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales and Operatihirify.globals Planning, or strategic commercial planning.
• Experience working in a matrixed, high-growth global envirhirify.globalment.
• Strhirify.globalg organizatihirify.globalal and project management skills, including executihirify.global of complex multi-stakeholder operatihirify.globalal cycles.
• Ability to create recurring and ad hoc analysis and reporting that improves business insight and decisihirify.global-making.
• Strhirify.globalg understanding of commercial levers, operatihirify.globalal mechanics, data interpretatihirify.global, and regihirify.globalal market signals.
