Scrum Master / Program Manager (CPG)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: Up to $150,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage complex client business initiatives involving one or multiple Scrum teams from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate project delivery, stakeholder communication, client meetings, risks, dependencies, quality, and change management.
• Coach Agile practices, remove impediments, and facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owners on product vision, backlog definition, forecasting, estimation, and release planning.
• Track Epics, user stories, tasks, and release activities in Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, and other Agile tools.
• Lead diverse global teams, support team development, and coordinate with vendors, architects, IT teams, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex Agile projects; 7+ years of relevant project management and coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with Scrum Master methods, Agile project delivery, SDLC processes, and medium-to-large cloud-based projects, preferably on AWS.
• Experience working with global teams and multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
• PMI certification or equivalent experience; SAFe, Scrum, and Six Sigma certification or experience is valued.
